Large sorting maching for recycling waste

June 2010 – A large company dealing in waste collection and processing, is located on the banks of the North Sea Canal in Amsterdam. High-grade machines are needed to produce good recycled raw materials from waste without burdening the environment. Large assemblies in a new “state-of-the-art” sorting installation were galvanised by Verzinkerij Wolvega.

Busschers Staalwerken from Haaksbergen develops and produces sorting installations for the waste-processing industry, such as Paro in Amsterdam. The increasing emphasis on people, the environment and regulations means that processing and the materials used must meet ever stricter quality requirements. The innovative sorting installations for building and demolition waste consist, broadly speaking, of four assemblies: the patented 3D sorting drum, air technical separators, material separators and filter cabins, and a sorting cabin. The parts in these sorting installations are hot-dip galvanised by Verzinkerij Wolvega. This safeguards the quality and durability of these high-grade sorting installations and makes sure that the waste-processing companies can comply with current legislation and regulations.
